The following tips are to help get the maximum enjoyment while taking your hot air balloon ride: What to wear • With hot air ballooning you can expect that the temperature will be about the same while flying as it is on the ground. Because you are there about an hour before sunrise it can be rather cool, but this changes once the sun comes up. It’s advisable to dress for comfort and not to impress. Dresses and very baggy tops and pants are not recommended and high and pointed heels are not allowed in the basket. • Closed in flat soled shoes are recommended as are slacks or jeans and a snug fitting shirt, light hoodies or jerseys you can easily take off if you get too hot are a good idea.
